Shipping, Returns and Exceptions

Domestic Shipping.

CC and Shoes, aim to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Purchased items will be shipped next day after place the order. Within 3-7 business days of the order via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. We only ship packages out Monday through Friday. Please allow at least one week for your package to arrive; if you still have not received your purchase after 10 days, please notify ccandshoes@gmail.com with your order number.

Returns.

Returns are offered within 10 days after product delivery on items that are unworn, unaltered and in new condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions.

Footwear is not eligible for refunds, only exchanges for another size if the size is available. Sale items are not eligible for a refund unless they are factory damaged or incorrectly shipped goods.
